Talent Show

I'll post more soon but couldn't resist getting this up asap!

Creative Writing Journaling

Active verbs/concrete nouns

I picked up my bass and plucked the E string. The tuner showed it as being a little high, so I loosened it up until the little needle didn’t waver from the middle of the scale. I tuned the rest of the strings to the E string, the thickest, lowest string, feeling the notes thrum through the form of the bass guitar and into my body. I twisted the silver knobs, the reflected sunlight temporarily blinding me, until the pulse of each individual steel-wrapped string grew longer and longer and finally each note was throbbing together in one long perfected sound.

The bass was tuned; I plugged into the amp and felt rather than heard the buzz of eager strings.

Creative Writing- Morning Journals

Here are some samples of the Creative Writing modules, morning journals.

I am not…

I am not listening to music, which I normally do everyday. It’s a little weird when I am not listening to my music and listening to people arrange their papers. The scratching of the pen on my paper, and of course, a few people typing away on their computers. All of this is new to me and I want my music back.
